Where do you currently ship to?
We currently ship within the Continental United States and Canada.


How much does a GemBox subscription cost?
GemBox has 3 subscription options. For $45, you will receive 2 pieces of jewelry a quarter . For $60, you will receive 3 pieces of jewelry a quarter (every 3 months). For $75, you will receive 4 pieces of jewelry a quarter. All plans include free shipping, 15% off all GemBox boutique orders, and can be cancelled at any time.


Do I have to subscribe?
Currently, GemBox does not provide trial boxes. Not sure if you want to commit? Select whichever subscription you'd like to try and if you aren't happy cancel your subscription at your earliest convenience. While we are confident you will love GemBox, we would love to receive your feedback if we do not meet and exceed your expectations, so please contact us at customer_service@gemboxjewelry.com


Are there any hidden fees?
No! You only pay for your subscription, that's it! 


What is the gift box?
Gift It allows you to send your friends and loved ones a 1 time GemBox. They will receive 2 pieces of jewelry but will not be subscribed to the quarterly box. Shipping is free and you can even add a personalized note!


Can I shop without subscribing?
Yes! The GemBox Boutique is our online store. You can browse and purchase our featured jewelry pieces without subscribing. Subscribers receive a 15% discount on all boutique orders.


What payment forms do you accept?
We currently accept all major credits including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. We also accept debit cards.


ORDER & SHIPPING


Do I have to order a GemBox subscription every 3 months?
Your GemBox subscription is automatically billed and shipped every 3 months, but you can cancel at any time.


Can I skip a month?
At this time we do not allow subscription pauses. However, you can cancel at any time and if you decide that you want to receive GemBox in the future you can enroll in the subscription plan that is best for you. 


When can I expect my GemBox shipments?
Please allow for an estimated 5 business days from the date of each payment for your order to be processed and shipped.


When is the payment taken out of my account?
After your initial sign up you will be charged every 3 months on the same day of the month in which you signed up. For example, if you signed up on June 15th, you will be charged on the 15th of every 3rd month.


What happens if I don't have enough money to pay on the day you charge my account?
If your payment does not go through, you will be contacted so that the payment issue can be resolved. A quarterly box will not be sent until the payment has been made.


Will I be able to track my shipment?
Once your GemBox has shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number.


Do I have to pay for shipping?
At GemBox Jewelry shipping is always free on subscriptions, gift boxes, and boutique orders.


What are my shipping options?
GemBox ships all parcels via USPS.


Can I get a different box?
GemBox allows 2 exchanges per year for each customer. If for any reason you don't like what you received please see our Return Policy page for instructions and shipment address to receive a new box.

Where is my GemBox Account/how do I access it?
You can log in to your account by pressing outline of the person at the top of our homepage or go to gemboxjewelry.com/account/login 

How do I access my Subscription Account?
You can log in to your subscription account by visiting our Subscription page and selecting Already Have an Account? 

How do I change my subscription billing/delivery address?
To change your subscription account information, go to the subscription page of our website (here) and click on the Already have an account? You can change any of your information in the My Profile and Billing Information sections of your account.


How can I change my GemBox subscription type (2 pieces to 3 or 4 pieces)?
You can log into and edit your Subscription type by visiting the subscription page (here) and selecting Already have an account? You can then select My Subscriptions and select the subscription type that best suits you by adding it to your profile. Remember to cancel the subscription you no longer want.


Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription any time by logging into your Subscription account.


How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your Subscription by visiting the subscription page (here) and selecting Already have an account? Log in and select My Subscriptions. Select cancel on the current plan you have.


What should I do if a jewelry piece is damaged upon arrival?
GemBox offers a lifetime guarantee on all jewelry items. If for any reason your jewelry is damaged please see our return policy page (here) to learn about replacing your piece. 


Why can't I log into my account?
Please send an email to customer_service@gemboxjewelry.com if you have trouble logging into your account and cannot retrieve your information via the website.
